For most fines imposed under the Provincial Offences Act, an additional fee up to $35.00 for court costs will be charged if you are convicted without responding. A further $40.00 administrative fee will be charged if you default on payment after conviction plus costs incurred by the court if required to take enforcement action such as collection agency, civil enforcement etc.
